Construction of an old age home with up to 90 bed capacity, located at the gates of the town of Strigno, just outside the city centre.

Overall volume approximately 26,896 cubic metres, including the basement, 5744 cubic metres, distributed over three above-ground floors including:
– Approximately 1600 square metre basement
– Approximately 1900 square metre ground floor
– First and second floor each approximately 1600 square metres.
